ANET recently added passage scrolls to the scroll trader, including FoW and UW passage scrolls. While the trader hasn't built up a stable stock of FoW and UW passage scrolls yet, it should only be a matter of time until the stock becomes stable for them as the price displayed before hitting request quote is rising.

So I'm proposing that ANET adds a scroll trader to all towns that give access to FoW and UW* so that groups forming for UW or FoW there so that if a group is forming for either of those places and they lose favor they can just buy the scroll without mapping out to a town with a trader, then trying to rejoin the PUG they just left to get the scroll.

*Currently the only towns that give access are Temple of the Ages, Zin Ku Corridor and Chantry of Secrets, but its possible that ANET might add more at any time.

Some notes:
- Until the traders build up a stock of FoW and UW scrolls, this suggestion won't do anything.
- While this should only relieve a minor hassle, its also doesn't seem to be that complex a suggestion. We see ANET add new NPCs all the time with events and we aren't asking them to make one with a new function, just copy an NPC with an existing function.
- Nightfall currently has these scroll traders placed in seemingly random towns. At least it makes some sense to have them in the FoW/UW access towns.

That won't change anything. Those scrolls are already purchased by 1k.
And they are bought by 500g already, so it's the same to sell them to the merchant.

I would go further.

I would make those scrolls the only way to get down there, and completely revamp the favor system.

Eh? How? I don't know... that's for another thread to take care of.
Here I just say:
- Add scroll traders to all Five Gods temples.
- Remove the dialog line in Avatars to pay 1k to go down there.

So they would still cost 1k, but people would be able to buy some passes in a row.

Although I would add another different way to go down there (linked to the avatars and favor) other than paying and using scrolls.

Maybe gaining a number of free accesses after getting favor or free access for some time after getting the favor or increasing the chances of scrolls being dropped while having favor or something like that...
